The design theme is “CALM NIGHT.” The moonlit night sea is expressed through the DLC-treated titanium exterior and Edo Kiriko sapphire glass bezel. Edo Kiriko, which involves uniformly cutting the width and depth of hard sapphire glass, requires a high level of skill. Each cut is individually handcrafted, resulting in the unique sparkle and sharp beauty of Edo Kiriko. The watch also features a textured metal dial embossed with a motif of the unevenness and shadows of the moon’s surface. Equipped with Gallium Tough Solar technology, which dramatically improves power generation efficiency, the unique face design and metal dial enhance the watch’s texture. With his grandfather being an Edo Kiriko craftsman, he studied Edo Kiriko under the second-generation Hideishi (Suda Tomio, Koto Ward Intangible Cultural Property).
